[14122025] Letting Tomorrow Decide

There are days when tomorrow feels heavier than today. Not because of what’s coming, but because of what I don’t know. The uncertainty of what lies ahead often feels like a fog that refuses to lift, and I find myself standing still, waiting for someone—or something—to show me the way.I’ve tried to plan, to outline every step, every choice, every possible outcome. But sometimes, life doesn’t wait for our plans to make sense. The paths ahead blur into one another, and I can’t tell which direction is mine. That’s when I stop trying to force control, and quietly, almost unwillingly, leave it to fate.

Fate, of course, isn’t always kind. But it has a strange way of weaving our lives through people—some we trust deeply, others whose motives we question. Friends, acquaintances, even silent observers become part of the decisions we end up not making ourselves. It’s unsettling, knowing that pieces of your tomorrow might be shaped by someone else’s hands.

Yet, there’s an odd comfort in it too. Maybe this surrender is not weakness, but trust—the kind that reminds us that life is not meant to be mastered but experienced. Maybe the lesson is not to always choose the right path, but to walk whatever path unfolds with courage, even if we didn’t choose it at all.

And as the fog thickens and clears again, I remind myself: tomorrow will come, uncertain as ever. But that’s just another way of saying—life still has surprises left to give.
