I rekindled the Collaborate, Participate and Own (CPO) concept. To fellow colleagues and Perlis school leaders.

1. Its inception in Sydney in, the spring of 2011.

2. You and Us versus Us (just plain old US)

3. You made us do this, we couldn't make it and it is your fault versus we decided on this together, we collaborated, we participated and we own this.

4. The win is ours to remain humble.

5. The loss is ours to better ourselves.
